Free accounts and Subscription plans

Signing up to Slidebean is free, no credit card is required and no time-limited free trial is given.

Users with a free account are able to create presentations from a scratch and have limited access to features and functions on the app.

Slidebean features are tiered in Starter and Premium subscription plans. All subscription plans are charged recurrently and automatically. Slidebean sends email invoices of all charges to the account email of record.

Cancelations

You can cancel your subscription from the Account Settings, at all times. Doing so will stop recurrent payments and the subscription will remain active until the next renewal date.

After canceling your subscription, all created presentations will remain accessible in the account. However, the limitations of a free account will apply.


Refunds

Your refund request is eligible for review if you cancel within 24 hours of the initial purchase of your Starter or Premium plan, and it is required not to have used any sharing or exporting features.
Customers in the European Union are eligible to cancel and request a refund within 14 days after the purchase. Renewals are not refundable.

For Founder’s Edition plan, you must have used it for at least three months.

Account removal

If you want your Slidebean account to be deleted, send your request via our support chat or via email to support@slidebean.com. It can take up to 24hrs for the account to be completely removed.
